St. Philippine Duchesne Memorial Park

Memorial Park located 3 miles north of Centerville, KS in Linn County. It is dedicated to Rose Philippine Duchesne and is on the original site of the Sugar Creek Mission that she helped begin. The Sugar Creek Mission worked with the Potawatomi Tribe that was relocated from Indiana, along the Trail of Death.
